Kimberly A. Bailey, the author of the transformational book “Chosen By One: God is the Chooser. I am the Chosen,” delivers a powerful message of divine selection and being chosen by God. Her second book, “Simone Harley: Secret Afflictions,” is a captivating novel that takes readers on a journey through power dynamics, family secrets, vulnerability, and the transformative power of forgiveness. Through vivid storytelling, Kimberly's books resonate with themes that touch hearts, spread joy, and ignite positive transformation globally. 

Born in Brooklyn, New York, to Nigerian and Guyanese immigrants, Kimberly’s diverse cultural background, coupled with her military upbringing, molded her early childhood experiences.

During middle school, Kimberly’s English teacher recognized her innate talent and declared her the best writer in the class after a creative story assignment. This early encouragement ignited her passion for writing. As a teenager, Kimberly explored various forms of expression, including poetry, short stories, and acting sketches for her drama classes. Her creativity blossomed during this time, laying the foundation for her future endeavors.

Kimberly pursued higher education, earning a bachelor’s degree in Legal Administration from the University of West Florida and a master’s degree in Public Administration from Clark Atlanta University. These educational experiences equipped her with essential skills for her future endeavors.

Recognizing the challenges faced by aspiring writers, Kimberly founded Chosen By One Media, LLC. Through this platform, she creates inspirational content that touches hearts, spreads joy, and ignites positive transformation globally. She is also dedicated to empowering new writers, nurturing their creativity, and helping them unleash the power of their written words.
